Me, being pure Singaporean chinese, I strongly like my own Singapore girls. I always look at SG girls, I see ang moh girls, I refocus on SG ones. Although I'm standing at 1.79m and it may seem to put me more suitable for those tall ang moh girls but I still don't buy this idea. From here, isn't it easy to deduce why ang moh girls are not with oriental guys? I don't think I'm the only one having this longing for SG girls so the ang moh girls are not even given the choice to choose...

Congrats to your teacher. I never say dun marry sg men. The ratio is pathetic. Spend a day in orchard area and count with both hands how many angmoh girls with sg men.

The proportions between western women dating Singaporean men is way off. I've seen in US most gals would tend to levitate toward Asian(Chinese/Korean) men because they are financially/emotionally/culturally/eduationally stable compared to an American born freeloader. I can say that the average asian in the US are more highly qualified and financially stable than their local counterparts, therefore are seen as good providers.

I suppose to got something to do with how some of the guys here treat ladies in general.

They got too much so called "traditional values" which up to certain extent is good in some ways, but too much of it makes the guys appear pathetically a control freak and too stick in the mud headed.
If local gals who are more or less slightly more mentally developed and open minded cannot take it, I wonder which ang moh gals can take it.
Of cos, there are some angmoh gals who appreciate the local guys' values, but there are bound to be a small handful perhaps.

Maybe Ang Moh gals dun like asian countries, they're generally from more developed countries. "Oriental" countries generally corrupt and oppressive, who wanna married "down". Got people go vietnam find wife, but doubt even rural Ang Moh gals from Albania, Kosovo or Georgia will want marry us.

It is not a matter of ang moh women not going with Spore men due to anything. It is just the number of ang moh women here is not as many as ang moh man. If u count the number of unattached ang moh man posted in Spore to work / settle down, against number of unattached ang moh woman, u shld get a better pix.

Why do u think more vietnamese are married to singapore men, because they are guai. Even local gals are not guai enough to please the sg men, ang moh even harder.............
Some can accept lah...but go ask around....not a lot
