hey i failed my nafa test, only the 2.4 km run. too lazy to run. as u all know in poly lazy to run ard in stadium. plus in nursing no time to exercise lower body with attachment n so forth.
i wanna know , wat we exactly have to do during PTP ? having anxiety now. any tips on preparation and wat to bring. |

PTP .. nothing much oni to strengthen ur body staminia to be ready for BMT.
Bascially got 5BX, endurance run instead of the normal 2.4 they will train u on 5km run and sing , swimming, gym etc.. think now boh nite PT liao compare to last time.. ![]()

Circuit training, AGR, endurance run, 3-60, combat PT 1 and 2, dumbbell training, medical ball training

cdo ptp was xiong le..every night lie on bed..comfirm knockout within 2mins or so..cos both body n mind tired. .

i oso PTP batch.. during PTP, they will train ur staminia, endurance run n ready 4 BMT phase.. But for me is kind of chalet.... Sweat.

PTP=Physical Training Phrase. So, everything is physical training until u make it. Dun think U can even get ur 'wife' until u pass if not wrong...

notin 1 lah..juz for early bonding...best is PT KIT ALL THE WAY....u wil luv pt kit onli when u go in bmt where u hav to be in long 4 all day

PTP phase not bad lah....at least sometime still can play ball game...like soccer or basketball

30/60 mean u run for 30sec then slow job for 60sec.
