I know of some friends who are selling clothes at these place. According to them, their main income would be in the month of Chinese New Year where sales will rocket to at least $50k per mth. Normally, per mth sales may only be enough to cover rental and salary. Not fantasic.

One of my friend started with ard $8k. Note that with $8k,u must be lucky to succeed as there will be no reserves and that means u cannot afford any biz mistakes. And have to make a profit during the 1st mth of biz already. Otherwise, u will be in trouble.

Look into ur profit margin.. Norm for clothins, maxi u cn prix is around 50% bcos mkt very competitive. Thn work out monthly expected minimum costs (rental cost, expenses, expected incidental costs...). Fm there do rough sum & calc how much sales u need to make in order to break even.. Norm due to sizes, sell thru rate for clothins is around 40%.. So work this into your stocks holding (that is sales = 40%, stocks holding = 100%).. U should get some figures in your head by then...
