Other than the beancurd store in Geyland, another recommended beancurd store will be this Rochor Original Beancurd Store at Short Street in Selegie. Everything homemade, original. For those who live around that area should know this place lahz... My friend brought me to this place long time ago. The quality of the bean curd is there and is not a bad place to rest after shopping at around that area. Until now, it has become a routine for me to patronise the stall everytime i go sim lim squre.

Yeah, this is the store's sign, you can see it from far.

It is a very simple stall,it is like those small simple coffee shops with tables, chair and only one counter that sells beancurd and stuffs. The price is cheap, real good manz..... you all shall give it a try.

Business is so good. The queue is long, but the service is fast...

Yeah, price... the price if cheap.... $1.00 at most, I don't know about the snacks... The beancurd, the bean milk and grass jelly/drink confirm at most $1.00.

Cheap? depends on people, see how they judge.. I don't know what is the last item. I think isthe price of taking-away.

There is hot or cold soya bean milk for you to choose, or you can order grass jelly, or grass jelly drink. Even the grass jelly is homemade one you know!? The beancurd is very well done, smooth and soft, melts in the mouth not on the spoon. The best thing is that, by default, the beancurd and milk are not very sweet. So it is a healthy food and suitable for elder people. Of course, if you want it sweeter, just open you mouth and request...

Yes, the bean curd, smooth and soft.

And not to forget, the soya bean milk.

How do i rate it? Is good lah... but i think there will be better one out there... I give 7 / 10.

I go to the selegie one quite often, haha, budden usually late at night v hard to find seats. The only thing i'll complain about is that alot of the seats are in back alley wor, and the back alley stinks bad of rubbish (well, all the large rubbish bins are there), kinda spoil the appetide if sitting there.

operating hours i am not sure too.i go almost every week but at night..sometimes when i go at 1130pm its all sold out already.
so the best is try to go at 10plus

i tink u meant selegie beancurd at kovan.shanshan meant rochor beancurd located at selegie area.in my opinion, rochor is still the best.selegie beancurd is just like 'you tiao da wang' beancurd or mr bean beancurd.
