i noe how to cure..

open internet explorer.. copy c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
in to ur address bar.

den it will promte u something.. ask u use wat program to open with..?
choose NOTEPAD.. (ppl with no notepad i dun noe liao .. or try using micro soft word..) .

after tat.. paste
65.54.239.80 messenger.hotmail.com 65.54.239.80 dp.msnmessenger.akadns.net
at the end of the notepad.. den save..

last step .. try go in using ur msn msger.. and there u go

tats all ..
