was walking around bugis yesterday with a couple of friends. went to the waterloo street guan yin temple or more commonly known as si ma lu temple. saw people crowding ard a table so being very kaypo i went to see whats happening.

saw this guy sitting on a stool. behind him theres his table and an idol of a prolly a god? and those little flags behind the god with incense burning in front of the idol. on the floor beside him is this jar. in the jar theres this thing covered in murky water. the guy was talking in some language prolly hokkien which i dont understand. then i was wondering whats so interesting abt what he has that invited the crowd? upon closer look at the jar i realised that innit was a FOETUS. i asked my friends for confirmation and they too said ya...it is. and my friend said that this guy is teaching people how to yang xiao gui. literally meaning taking care of a little ghost.

friend also said yang xiao gui, the little ghost can give u what u want. money, good sex life etc. but u must make him happy. anyone has any experience?

One of my distant uncle last time i heard was doing this thing leh. And in fact, he really got rich and his sons all become very successful in studies and work. Then the last time i heard, he have abandon the "xiao gui" liao and put them in a temple or something. The procedure very complicated leh. I think its not wise to dabble with the supernatural this way.
