aiya, i asked liao. exchange is for unopened only....i teared the plastic apart liao haha. anyway my fault, i din see the 30GB only sign.
Anyway Up for my post. i going to exchange it for a brand new unit tomorrow. So my set is brand new unopened set if anyone is interested.

hmm i got highest offer of $450 for it from hardwarezone at the moment.

But i am looking for at least $500. Oh well if no respond for it den i will open it up and use it myself even if my wife doesnt like it.
