The first time I cooked was when I entered secondary school I think. Home Economics forced me to cook. :(
After graduation from secondary school, instant noodles are the only thing I can cook, that is until now. Now, I'll go over to my friend's place whenever I can and the 3 of us will cook chicken and some soup to eat and enjoy ourselves. Sometimes, when we're in the mood, we'll buy some finger food too. :D

recently my bf birthday i cooked him a 5 course meal.

hehe...like mushroom soup?
try Campbells Mushroom with roasted garlic...it tastes different from the normal cream of mushroom. you can add more mushrooms if u want.

then there's the starter a platter of fried potato skins with cheese fried potato balls and fried calamari with citrus mayo. (mayo mixed with a few squeeze of lemon innit)

then theres prawn salad

next seafood pasta is served there's baby clams, calamari, mussels with their shells, prawns...mushrooms are optional...
red wine was served as well.

next is ice cream with fruit balls. and that closes the meal. :cute20:

I can cook few things only.
Fried rice. Last time at home, all family member get very excited when I said I'm gonna cook for mum and tonite we are gonna have fried rice. But long time never cook liao since I work in Singapore. Fried Bee Hoon, fried Kue Teow and fried noodle also can. :D

I started out cooking my first pork porridge for my dad.
since then, he taught me how to make a perfect round omelette,
and later i went on cooking lessons in CC to learn more chinese food.
and at the same time got in an american restaurant to learn abt american dishes.

now maybe i can cook any dish
occasionally organise house parties invite my friends over for dinner,
and teach my guy friends how to make simple dishes for their S.O.
