thanks for the info.. however looked all around the cover and there is no idication leh.. i looked at the manual but its all in japanese.. and the box says for sale in japan only.. hope it helps..

firmware just download can already ? does the different version eg 1.5 or smth matters ?

i think ver1.5 can play downloaded games while ver2.6 play only umd disc game which $50+ per disc. I think outside selling ver1.5 at $400+ while ver2.6 at $300+. Ver1.5 can play umd disc games also after installed a software. Dun know true or not, my friend told me.
