For me,I think Seoul Garden would be best for celebrations...But I think Marina South the buffet there quite worth it...About $12 per person and u can have a lot of food...But Seoul Garden u can always have unlimted Ice-cream but Marina South there they only give u a coupon to redeem a stick of ice-cream only...So u decide which is best for u...

ur staying in the east?? im working at Breeks Tampines Mall.. eliglble to giv u 20% off.. but i will recommend Breeks.. or Breeks Buffetaurant..

if your thinking of going seoul garden... it only has the advantage of free ice cream.. their prawns are shrimps.. very smal.. bside.. mSouth have crabs.. seafood..everything man..

food wise i believe breeks buffet is nicer but bbq is good for family gatherings as you spend more time cooking it you will talk more and it's good too! but seoul garden ex and not more variety. you can consider marina south as there are many many bbq stalls around..$10 to $12 only cheap and good!

You can also try Han River at Eastpoint mall if u stay in the east it's slightly cheaper than Seoul Garden n has more variety. My parents tried both (this n seoul garden) b4 n were hooked on this. Not as smelly too bcoz they use margarine. My dad says seoul garden stinks bcoz they use cow fat to oil the bbq plate. At Han river, no fear of the plate drying up bcoz u can get extra margarine at any time from the servers. The last visit I made to Seoul garden, the plate dried up within 10min, b4 I even started cooking. They changed one for me but said tt the next time it dried up, use the oil from their meat to oil the plate  i was thinking like "they dun wanna spend money on extra oil for the customers n instead ask the customers to waste the meat by using it as oil....."

Han river is halal leh....there r malays working there, in fact when I went to eat there, most of the servers there r malays! I dun think they serve pork, I didn't eat any pork there. butter is not halal? butter comes from cows rite? can anyone enlighten?

one more thing to seoul garden. you must be lucky. haha. meaning you must be lucky to choose the date you eat. their prawns shipments comes once 1 month or twice. so if your unlucky u might be getting those soft-shelled prawns, meaning their are unfresh. heh heh.. go breeks ! best !

Agree tt seoul garden seafood is not fresh....my hubby n dad hate to go there bco of this reason. I went to Breks the buffet restaurant recently. Everything was fine except for the beef, which tasted like yesterday's beef.....u know those kind of beef which has a very pungent smell like it was cooked yesterday n left overnite....n the mutton had a very pungent smell too....the chicken thigh was hard I couldn't even jab my fork in it so gave up eating tt.....dunno izzit yesterday's meat also....the rest of the food was fine....but then again not fresh also not surprising seoul garden n breeks belong to the same chain....

Seoul garden is more self service, u cook on ur own more...
Whereby, breeks is more like pple serve you.

Seoul garden on normal days still quite ok...but if u like weekend, go marina there...much cheaper.....:D the food there is about the same as seoul garden...M... is more choices...than seoul garden

Breeks lah...

value for money....especially if u eat their Combo Meal (chicken + ribs, i think)

if u want to eat Seoul Garden, might as well dine at Marine South
