best carrot cake is tk & fry at home.. u go supermarket buy those sausage-like carrot cake.. mostly is in fridge.. den open.. cut.. add carrot.. mix... den ur on ur own~!~!

if you know the where is blk 123 bedok north st2.. try out the fried carrot cake in the first coffee shop.. that stall had been operating for a lonnnnnnnnnnnng time.. since i was a toddler! :D

this uncle sells the white and black version as well! :hungry:

I think u can go and try the hawker centre at Ang Mo Kio...There cook nice carrot cake's...The more u try,the more u would want to try...It's facing a cinema...

Erm..not sure if u seen it before...
it is also a carrot cake, but those big pieces..many pple sell it in the shape of rectangle, but i like to pick the triangle type...

i prefer white carrot cake...always think that it is the tasty one...cos also the real taste of carrot cake...
Unlike the black type, the soya sauce cover the actual taste..

I just tried some carrot cake in Chinatown.. dunno wat's that place call.. haha
but is right outside CHINATOWN MRT.. theres a market/food stalls there... go to the right hand part of it and u will see a stall selling nice carrot cake and fried oyster egg.. Smeeeeellllls nice!!!! Taste also nice.. prices start frm $2.50.. :D

u try before the one in bugis? inside the wet market? its fried by an auntie, next to a shop selling prawn mee. The prawn mee usually very long q so is the fried carrot cake. Both black n white oso very nice. Somemore its cheap at onli $2. Go try it out and let me know how u think abt it...

I noe... its very nice esp when u go at nite.. if nite time, the one who fries will be uncle.. afternoon is auntie. so far i never tried the auntie one.. but uncle one is very nice .. i like the white one :ahmcio:
