Disappointed Kentucky Fried Chicken Delivery service

Ordered my KFC a 7:00pm jus now.. n now at 8:45pm .. I am stilling waiting for my orders to be delivered now because they send me a wrong order!

Called up 6253535 more than 5 times and they r pushing the blame to restaurant to n call centre etc.. u decide whether you wan to order kfc delivery next time.. jus a warning for all diners out there & there is no actions done by KFC.

Such a poor service delivered!!

this KFC really shld do something...kfc is a subsidiary of KFC malaysia. Do u think its bc of that , have u been to m'sia the service in m'sia also like dat one push lei push qu , damn slack one.

call liao... manager also cant do anything... " i refer you to the restaurant, restaurant manager will call u back shortly" then waited 10 minutes, no call, 20 minutes, no sign of rider... then call back their hotline... then they say there is nothing they can do... :.( :.(

Complain! Make a big hoo haa until they decide to compensate you in one way or another. As customers we have our rights oso.

yup. u got bad service. its ur right to complain and make them know its their wrong and undo the wrong they did.

but then again.. u cant condemn 1 failed delivery for their services. maybe its their riders bo chap or something. got $$ to earn they dun want? keke~

i remembered the last time i ordered kfc/pizza and the order didnt arrive after an hour, i called. they claimed the order wasnt even entered into the system.i made this humongous hoo ha over the fone and they delivered my order in record time... with some added food lol :p

The only complain I have is that the tel no. is always busy and cannot get through to the operator when I want to order.

think its hard to avoid... u can't really blame the tele operater, their job is to take order and send it to the resturtrant...

Lucky my place is walking distance to Mac and KFC, too bad dun have burger king and pizza hut. No need to order delivery unless really lazy to go downstairs to take a 1-2 mins walk.

cos they never bother to action when i called up to complain... so i just tell everyone i can think of lo.. u see their type of hackcare service..i really doubt their sincerity to serve good food lo..

Finally they gave me 20% off the total bill but i got to wait for the poor rider to make another trip to hand the $$ to me... Reason given: rider does not carry cash with him. the whole affair lasted abt 3 hours for a home delivery.. i really take my hat off KFC... :wahaha: :wahaha:

got once they said 45 mins ended up deliver at about 30 mins later..

And what more, the chicken is not hot and taste like ... :nervous:

No problems so far except for one last year:

The rider assigned to my place was a victim of a traffic accident.

They called me about it but three hours later

What the heck, they cancelled my order.

After that I go down to the coffee shop fried chicken stall and got myself one instead.

*From what I heard, the rider survived without any broken bones. But he quit after that.

i oso have a similar incident oso.waited 1.5hrs..then e pizza came..tinking so happy can start eating.opened up e 2 pizzas n found out that 1 of the pizzas were half eaten pizza.n not wad i have ordered..so angry.called up..transfered e line all over the place but no one could do anything.so pissed
