Standard is about 6 hrs. I believe it can be exchanged at Apple centers, not too sure. Thats why the price is abotu there I guess.

for the battery, you mean 4hr as in it goes to "low batt" sign in 4hrs, or totally shutdown?

Just to update all, I will now bring the price down to $120 as there is now a problem with the item. The software is buggy or connector loose, I'm not sure. The Ipod will occasionally switch itself off on the pretext that it has run out of juice when in actual fact, there is still power. You will need to wait for a while before you can boot up again. It might happen again after that. Guess its just luck.

I have tried going down to SVC center but to avail, they claim it can't be fixed as there is a presence of a dent.

So if anyone is still interested, do let me know.
