i'm also looking for decent teppanyaki in singapore apart from those food court ones... anybody knows any place that serves them professionally?

try SHIMA restaurant at Goodwood Park hotel. they have alacarte buffet type (u cook yourself) and the buffet type (chef cooks for u at round table). will cost about $40-45/pax after taxes.

tried the sakae sushi teppanyaki with keymaster, not bad at an affordable price! worth a try. :)
