Any Pastamania lovers here? What do you recommend? I usually have the Carbonara linguine.

creamy chicken. LOL.. but some outlets it'll taste pretty bland
but i love dumping a big load of cheese into the pasta.. then it melts.. yummy.

If you go to the Plaza Singapura branch, I believe you would find the service level there quite acceptable because the staff there are quite enthusiastic about their job.

hmm... quite true, went to the funan outlet for lunch once, for the first time, i couldn't finish my cabonara! :laugh:
btw, what do you call the pizza baked like a curry puff?erm... calzone style? the meat lovers pizza is nice :P like their aglio olio too,

pastamania!!! seems dat different branches have quite huge difference in standards!! the parkway one is the worst... i have tried other branches like causeway pt... PS... Scotts... Funan... my ranking from best to worst is:

- Plaza Singapura
- Scotts
- Funan
- Causeway Point
- Parkway

aniway my fav... dunno which one ley... all their seafood pastas are nice!! like seafood marinara... vongole... mussles and clams... ocean baked pasta... prawns and shrooms..................... yummmmmyyyyyy.....

Nopes...haven been to pasta mania for sometime..issit nice?
So far, my fave pasta is the mussles and clams!
I usually order this dish whenever i go pastamania.. =D~
But onli have been to the scotts shopping centre, causeway point and parkway parade outlets..
the scotts outlet always very crowded..and their service onli so so.

There is this dish called "brushetta", which is bread with tomato toppings in some kind of olive oil dressing..
its very nice also...but i guess not many of the pple have tried it before.
Shd give it a try the nxt time u go pasta mania..cos it really tastes yummy! hehe ;)

I would say their food mainly aint great.. and ard food court level for my pov. For a normal meal, its alright.

Only thing i find nice is the pizza.. it tastes much better than the other food.

thanks for the feedback, i tried there with my gf and we felt the food was quite ok. she ordered creamy chicken and i ordered spicy chicken. the food was tasty and soft and nice. we will go back to try other items.

price was abt 12.90+++ per pax i tink.....

Think you just keep ordering and they will serve the food lo...if ala carte buffet then more people better...then can try all the different stuff. If like two people order 3-4 plates then full already... :ahmcio:

i try the buffet liao.... yummy....at first i ate the pizza.. it seems quite nice.. after a while, the pizza taste the same, with oni a different topping. the pasta was nice but imagine the pasta with different ingredient but same sauce.. i recommend the banana dessert pizza. cum with banana and chocolate topping on the pizza crust and bake it. nice nice... i ate a few pieces of tat.

I'm a pasta lover.. :) I knoe there is one called Mien in Bukit timah, read a lot of good reviews and it's not expensive, have you tried this one?
