You must be new to domain name registration.

domain name registration fee is on yearly basis. You got to pay it yearly.

And thread starter is selling feelclub.org not whatever.com as he don't owns whatever.com , if you want whatever.com , you had to register yourself (try www.namecheap.com , do a search on the website to see if this domain is available for registration).
