hi there, not sure when it came out but yes it can be worn outside. thats the shoe i wear out all the time. use it to play soccer also, really gd quality shoe

the stripes are gray, the body of the shoe is pure white. refer to picture. its exactly the same as the picture except the stripes are not black in color but gray

but the shoe will not be too big for u to wear, i've worn these shoes and its tight, only the front thats little big but it won't affect anything.

trust me man, you're footsize same as mine and the shoes really can be worn for your kinda foot size.
