Trading Stuffs Rules & Guidelines

Trading of pirated softwares, VCDs, DVDs in the forum are not allowed.

Anyone found selling/trading of such items in the forum will be dealt with.

Also, thread will be deleted without prior notice.

SELL threads:
1. Sellers should start a new thread for the items they wish to sell.
2. Seller should state clearly the item to be sold, model number, age, warranty, condition and other essential information.
3. Seller should leave a contactable email or number.
4. Seller, if states a Reserved Price (RP) and WITHOUT an auction end date/time, should sell once a bidder makes a bid for the item at the stated RP.
5. Seller, if states a RP and WITH an auction end date/time, will sell to the highest bidder above the RP at the end of the auction. If the RP is not met, item will not be sold.
6. Seller can alternatively place a “Buy Now Price” (BNP) on top of their RP to end the auction prematurely.
7. Seller can also do a no reserve auction with end date/time. Item to be sold to the highest bidder.
8. Kindly update the thread with the outcome.
9. Bids through Private Message (PM) should be posted in the thread to let other bidders know of it and to maintain the transparency of the sale.


BUY threads:
1. Buyers should start a new thread for the items they are looking for.
2. Buyer should state the item, model number and other requirements for warranty or condition. Buyer should give a price they wish to pay for the mentioned item to give the potential seller a gauge.

Exchange threads:
1. Forumers should start a new thread for the items they are looking for to exchange.
2. Forumers should state the item, model number and other requirements for warranty or condition they are putting up for exchange. They should give the same info the items they are looking to trade also.

I would like to add something to this guideline.

Any sale of voucher, please state the Terms and Condition of the voucher (stated on the back of the voucher) clearly so as to avoid misunderstanding. Only voucher that states that its transferable will be allowed. If the voucher does not states, please find out from the company in charge of the voucher whether or not the voucher is transferable.
