1. People who use their "brain" to work or students who study hard day and night - should drink more Chrysanthemum Tea.

2. People who need a lot of body energy to work or those people that do a lot of exercise everyday - should drink Wu Loong Tea.

3. People who travel on a bike or work in dirty and polluted places - should drink Green Tea.

4. For those people who likes to sit down all day long and not doing anything even exercising - must drink Green Tea and Flower Tea.

5. People who smoke and drink a lot of alcoholic drinks - should drink more Green Tea.

6. Carnivores (those people who must eat meat at least once a day, or feel sick or not feeling well - try to drink some Wu Loong Tea.

7. Those people who go to the washroom too often or too less - should drink more Honey Tea

8. People with high cholesterol and high blood pressure - Wu Loong Tea, Green Tea.

9. Those who work with computers everyday - need to drink a Lot of Tea (any kind of tea will do).

Whenever you are working with the computer, you should make some tea, drink it when you are free. Drinking Tea is healthy, it can protect and prevent the harmful Ultraviolet light from harming us (when using computer). Furthermore, it can also cure us when we are tired and help making our Body feel fresh again.

white tea is the best anti-oxidant, it's many many times better than green tea! long jing (dragon well) tea is a white tea, and is a top quality tea in china, kinda expensive but has serious health benefits. those who should drink green tea are those who need anti oxidants, like smokers. if you can get your hands on white tea like long jing you can try that instead :)

Nope...you are not the only one...
Fyi,the tea you are talking about is japanese green tea from pokka.
The market of this tea is poor therefore many places don't really carry this tea.

is it tat tea contain caffeine? heard fro my frens

Yes, it contains caffeine...
-------------------------------

Additional Facts on Caffeine

-Decaffeinated tea is not caffeine free. It still contains up to .4% by dry weight caffeine content.

-The longer the tea leaves have fermented, the greater their caffeine content.

-The shorter the brewing time, the less caffeine ends up in the cup.

-The smaller the tea leaf, the stronger the extraction of caffeine.

-The first and second leaves of the tea plant are believed to contain the largest amount of caffeine at 3.4 %.

where can i get tie guan yin?
Hi there Dinosor, you can get tie guan yin at most supermarket.. The more noticeable brand is that Rickshaw brand...

Even coffee bean & Tea leaf sells them too... Unless You are feeling a little rich, I advise against it.

Tie Guan Yin is red tea or black tea?? Cos the health benefits differs as due to the amount of time the tea leaves is being "fried" ( hope I have gotten the term corret..

I can say that for black tea, it helps to lower the risk of heart attacks..

hi there this is for those who suffered from dark eye rings.

Ok for those who are suffering from the above there is cheap remedy which I used.

You can use used green tea bags. Place them under your eyes from 10 to 20 mins.. It is rather effective.

Try it

Warning... If you brew your green tea and add sugar or other additives to your tea with the bags in the cup or teapot, I advise using those used ones...

GREEN TEA
<LONG JING>
Loving tender care is taken to retain the fresh and mellow flavour of Green Tea leaves during production. These brownish yellow leaves should be brewed in water around 70 degrees Celsius.

Long Jing leaves are not fermented and exhude a subtle bean blossom fragrance.

WHITE TEA
<WHITE PEONY>
White tea is created through a unique process. Firstly, the tender shoots of tea trees are garnered. This is followed by drying in the shade, then curing in the breeze.

This Chinese speciality is pale yellow in colour, has a withered sprout smell and has a subtle taste.

YELLOW TEA
<JUNSHAN YIN ZHEN>
Yellow Tea is mildly fermented and processed through a series of rolling and drying to ensure a refined product. The leaves are cooked to give their distinctive yellow colour.

Yellow Tea smells like young sprouts and has a refined and refreshing taste.

OOLONG TEA
<DA HONG BAO>
Oolong Tea is gently rolled after allowing the essential oils to react with the air and slowly oxidize. The resulting tea is of golden yellow intensity and produces a distinctive apricot fragrance.

Oolong Tea is processed by the most exquiste technique and exhibits a rich and mellow taste.

RED TEA
<LYCHEE BLACK>
Red Tea is fully fermented. The processing of these bright red leaves include drying,rolling,fermenting and firing of the leaves. Red Tea is full-bodied andis able to withstand the addition of sweeteners and milk.

Lychee Black smells like its namesake and has a fresh and mellow taste.

BLACK TEA
<DA YE PU ER>
Black Tea is created from the late fermentation of raw Green Tea leaves. These brownish red leaves are used mostly as ingredients in many types of Compressed Tea.

The fermented leaves exhude a camphor fragrance and have a sweet but mellow taste.

FLORAL TEA
<SCENTED TEA>
( JASMINE TEA)

Flower Scented Tea is further processed from ready-made tea scented with flowers.
