Best food stall in NTU??

Hey pple...

Any good food in the canteens of NTU?? This is for the benefit of NTU students esp. those staying in hostels like me.

Personally, I think the jap food in canteen 9 is not bad. any comments?

Ermmm think default food for me became Canteen 3 the veggie rice....Can A the noodles buay pai oso ;)

i like canteen 5 one, after 3,4 years of eating i still like it. but the boss is retiring... too bad.

I'm really suei lo. Everytime I go to can9, the jap stall also close de. :sad:
I think the Chinese stall at can9, their "tie ban shao" not bad. I tried their sweet, sour fish-->notbad. My friends think their beef dish's good. I think the canteens that I've tried all ok so far. But esp like breakfast meal at Uni. 2eggs+kayatoast+kopi --->$1.50 yumyum! :drool: making me hungry now.... :D

u are really unlucky lor... tot it's open most of them time. din really try the chinese food, only the cai fan which is not bad. used to grumble tat canteen 9 has no noodles but now got fishball, minced pork and wan tan noodles liao. not bad...

i like the porridge from canteen 1. think it's the only decent porridge in ntu.

heard that the ginseng chicken from canteen 5 is quite nice but haven't get the chance to try it. must really try it someday. maybe when school reopens.

nv try canteen 6 before. is the food as nice as the cafe cartel outside? heard tat the price is cheaper den outside.

canteen 13 and 14 is pretty small... dunno wat they have there...

I think I went to can14 b4. Is near hall15 de right?! Remember they have 4,5 stalls like that. Think I ate my fav. breakfast at that canteen :drool: Think they have Jap food also-->so-so. not bad la :D

I've eaten tat before. But i still think Canteen 9's Jap food is better. you should try it someday.

Cant 9's jap fd rocks! Esp the potato salad with crabstick inside, can never find another elsewhere with the unique taste.

I like cant A's Western as well, especially when you can customise each of your orders. (The uncle serving you will remember the same orders the enxt time you are there too. :) ) Overheard: Uncle! One Chicken Cutlet change bakebeans to coleshaw, add mash potato and egg, the bread fried hor.

canteen 3 - 煮炒
canteen 4 - nv go there b4
canteen 5 - "
canteen 9 - jap food
canteen 11 - nv try b4
canteen 13 - got a new western food stall
canteen 14 - dun rem liao
canteen a - jap food, western food, ban mian
canteen b - yong tao hu

any comments?
