Try prego be4 very nice & got lots of diff pasta there....sometimes got promotion
buy 1 get 1 free!! :D

Try CHIJMES on the ground level. There is an Italian restaurant there. Pasta is fresh and chef is quite good. Besides, this is the only place which is reasonable that sells Risoto (Italian rice)

Besides, try the restuarant at Stadium Walk (beside Indoor stadium). Good atmosphere but not so cheap.

Pastamania is simply fabulous...especially their sphaghetti bologanese...moreover, their locations all very convenient one, at Dhoby Ghaut-Plaza Singapura...bishan...most near mrt...service also excellent...

juz now went to eat tis italian pasta restaurant wif my parents n i found quite nice wor.. so i decided to recommend to u guys here!

its call the ROMANO Ristorante, located at 10 Jalan Leban S(557551). I guess is newly open loh.. and is quite crowded.. pple keep coming in.. and the most impt is the food is nice and the price is slightly more exp den pastamania.. can try if u guys pass by or wat.. is at upper thomson rd tat side de.. where there r alot of petrol kiosks.. the most interesting thing is u can bring ur pets in too.. they r close on mondays n from 3pm to 6pm on weekdays..

their alio olio simply nice, looks simple but it damn tasty sia.
and also their coffee also nice,(sometime so so, different baristar i think.) u can see heart shape foam on the latte. and the foam is smooth and creamy unlike starbucks and coffeebean always dry and yucky like shampoo.

someone mentioned ROMANO... its quite nice.. i like the carbonara... anyway.. the Hawker near there.. beside SPC... there is a stall selling Hand Made noodle.. they got sell spagetti as well.. the price is cheap mostly $4..add $1 to up size !! the carbonara not bad but no mushroom.. but worth the price.. its only 4 bucks !!! got another one, my bf tried before.. i don't wats the name of it... its creamy one with prawns... with 8 prawns... the prawns are quite big and fresh.. 4 bucks as well !! the store is nearer to the SPC side.. beside a drink stall that has a TV....quite corner...

It is good but not fabulous...it fails to capture the taste of pasta. FOr traditonal pasta is more like a leftover dish... Normally, the meat inside the pasta would be leftover from dinner and mixed with a few fresh tomatoes...you have pasta..

Pastamania is good and worthwhile for some of the nicer pastas out there are kinda ripoffs...keke

I like the Spicy Crayfish pasta from Swensen's, mushroom pasta from one of the restaurant opp. Mos burger (forget the name) & mushroom & ham pasta from SIM's Megabites cafe! Yum Yum. :drool:

Oooo... if any of you working around Hong Lim Complex, do go try out their pasta at #02-42 (store besides the Cray Fish Hor Fun)... I tell you.... WAAAAAHHHHH! Nicer than ANYYYYY pasta I've eaten!

AND it's only $4!!!!!! Go! You will crave for their pasta one.... waahhhhhh!
