there is 1 part when the Adam work in a A&W fast food restaurant.. anyone knows where the location huh? Cuz i tink most of the A&W outlets are closed.. so surprise to see tis outlet quite new wor.. anyone got any idea where this outlet? very long nvr eat A&W liao....

the outlet is at woodlands vista point(rite beside my house)

but u no nid to com...it closed down ard 2-3mths ago

Where on earth did you get the information that A&W cease it's operation from Singapore due to financial problem.

They ceased their operation in Singapore cos' they have meeting competiton with MacDonalds, Kfc, Long John Silver etc. Also, due to a decrease in the number of people patrolling A&W, it's no longer profitable to stay in operation in Singapore hence they are moving elsewhere.

Though in the papers, I remember the report got say where it's moving to but I can't remember liao. This report I read it in Strait Time somewhere late 2002 and early 2003.

Malaysia's KUB is reportedly planning to shut down five unprofitable A&W restaurants in Singapore due to poor business.

Reports quoting unnamed sources said KUB saw little growth prospects in the Singaporean food business.

The company is said to be seriously considering exploring a kiosk concept for its remaining A&W outlets, whereby only limited items are sold.

It is also said to be seeking approval from A&W franchise owner Yum! Brands Inc. before finalising its plans.

they very stupid leyz. poor business. open a food stall lors. dont open a resturaant. Then try to come out with new food items lors. though they did by serving nasi lemak.

they can jsut sell root bear float n curly fries lors. Maybe some sandwiches or burgers or finger food. sell this in orcrhad the youth park there lors. If not just rent a small food stall in any food court lors.
