i pass the place last nite....on the way into upper pierce reservoir.....


but i never see any cliff or watever.... quite dark and eerie cos of trees... but nothing other than that

hehehe there just all rite only la.....not that scary at all....at nite i n some friend cycle there and than we sneak in to the reservor which i must say fun coz really dark no lamppost beside the road and very cooling inside the reservor area.....
well one of my friend saw sth while cycling.....itis like one of my friend who do not totally belive in ghost dis kind of things and one of the other friend who can see dis kind of things one told us he saw sth like keep on following my friend dat do not belive in it one....while cycling down the slope......belive it or not...

Think that place is more known for being eerie than for dangerous bends... more dangerous bends most likely is the 99 bends... ;)

I dun know how far is it true.......My frd met an accident there before and 1 patrol car came by to help him told him that a lot of ppl died there before and warned him not to speed there.....

no lah, i so timid. but when there to catch monkey some years back.. :ls:
always got cars park along road side, since theres no lamp post a 'good' place for ....you know... :blushed: if you on high beam, its kinda no manners loh... my friend always on low beam and drive slowly.... never know that its one of the devil bend...

devil's bend was a race track in the 70s. and it's true many people died there. try not to 'disturb the peace' there at nite, be it ghosts or people doing monkey along the road. in the day there's just lots of monkeys.

behind mount pleasant road there's another seldom used road called gymkhana ave. it leads to thomson road but will bypass a mosque (which is pretty packed on friday afternoons) and the entrance to kopi hill cemetery. however the challenging corners have been repaved into better road by the govt.

99 bends along south bouna vista road was also a race track of the past but it's definitely not as 'haunted' as devil's bend.
