as per 陌生人 and nexonn reply, you need to at least tell us which dialect group 刘喜松..

within 1 dialect group, there are several origins e.g. Hokkien - Amoy, Hokkien - JianAn, which relates to different accent, thus the pinyin of the name in dialect may differs slightly due to different accent.

the name on IC is actually called statutory name, nowadays most simply use hanyu pinyin given name, while retaining dialect family name...

i have a feeling that it will show "Lau xisong" in your up and coming IC.. the last name will be in dialect while the first name will be in han yu pin ying.. ;p
