Hi,
I have been trolling the websites for all 3 telcos and i can't get any answers from them.
If I'm using a prepaid card (specifically the StarHub one) for roaming, do I need to pay for incoming calls and incoming sms?
I would be overseas and the calls and sms will originate from sg.
Would appreciate the answers greatly.
Thanks.

Hi, check out this website Starhub prepaid roaming (http://www.starhub.com/portal/site/Mobile/menuitem.a0ea4137255c4bb530710a608324a5a0/?vgnextoid=495f8cded44df010VgnVCM100000464114acRCR D)
You'll need to explicitly activate your roaming.
