1. Kindly note that only paid orders is taken. Please transfer payment to us once sale/your order is confirmed. If for some reasons you are not able to make payment by the stipulated time and is really interested in the products, please let us know so that additional grace period can be given - case to case basis.
2. No cancellation or exchange of item after payment is made. Full refund will be given if sale is unsuccessful or item selected is out of stock (OOS).

Postage: inclusive of envelopes (if any), wrapping and Handling Cost. (I will not be responsible for item lost or damaged in transit, therefore Registered Post is highly recommended)

Self-collection will be considered if there are good responses to this sale.
Area possible for self collection are:
