how to ger rid of ants in hdb flat?

i am living in 4 room hdb flat, recently there is plenty of ants in my kitchen, toilet, even in my studies, anyone have this issue before? if so, how did you get rid of the ants for good?

check where they are coming from, use talcum powder to seal the entry. thats if they are coming from outside.
if coming from inside, i dunno liaolz

Buy the ant poison (dry kind) and place it where you see there is a path of ants.

The ants will bring the poison back to their nest and infect their queen and young. Its much better than insecticide or killing them manually.

I have this issue when the weather was damn hot and stuffy...

Yeah, silverpal recommendation is good. I tried that before and is very effective. The poison is package inside a box trap. You can purchase it from NTUC supermarket.

no one had diebetic at home, i think solve liao, i tried silverpal method, works initial, but ants shift, so i place plenty of ant poison all over the corner, up till now only ants in the kitchen still not solve, but works for living room and other room, tanks everyone for helping out, err so how to close the thread as answered? please help......
