What is Keeptouch Answer? How does it work?

This is a thread where you can ask short question, and get replies from Keeptouch members.

If the thread has been answered correctly, threadstarter shall mark the most accurate reply as best answer, as shown in the picture:

So the system will show the thread as answered.

It there's no correct answer available, system will auto marked as unanswered.

what if the question that was answered and lead to other questions ? :confused:

Should it carry on the same thread or make new threads ?

If TS MIA with questions already answered how ? It will left unanswered just lidat or some1 will step inside and changed it as answered ?
